• As a diaspora kid being born and raised in so called Australia, my experiences have led me to be a very curious person. Mostly in trying to make sense of the world we live in, navigating systems that at times don’t let us be fully human.

I hold space for exploring how we can come back to ourselves through running community art programs and workshops. Studying a Master of Therapeutic Expressive Arts has helped me to understand how we can use creativity as a way to express what is there for us in an increasingly chaotic world. Slowing down to find deeper meaning, not just in the complex parts of our lives, but in the ordinary moments too.

I have spent the last year with Rainbow Muse Collective, a community of therapy providers working collaboratively with a shared ethos to provide affirming and responsive care.

Although Art Therapy has been formalised through Academia in so called Australia, art has existed as a form of expression and as a way of being on Wurunjderi and Bunurong lands for thousands of years.
